Refund Policy

At Perfect Lip Fill, we take quality seriously and are fully dedicated to providing our customers with only the highest-quality products. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, which is why we offer a 90-day return warranty. This ensures that if you receive a defective product, you can return it or receive a replacement within 90 days. Defects can include issues such as poor materials, noticeable color differences, or any significant discrepancies between the product and its advertised appearance.

To ensure a smooth return, the product must be in the same condition it was when it arrived. This includes keeping all packaging, documentation, and instructions intact. Any damage or modifications to the product will make it ineligible for a return. We kindly ask that you take care of your purchased items while they’re in your possession. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of these guidelines. Please note that promotional items, such as free samples or gifts with purchase, must also be returned.

While we understand the desire to return items, we ask that you request a return label and instructions before sending anything back. This helps us track the return and ensure a quick and efficient refund or exchange. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items/Exceptions: Certain products are not eligible for return. These include temperature-sensitive items, professional-use products like peels, fillers, and skin boosters, as well as toxins and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any doubts about whether an item is returnable, please contact us for clarification. Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For faster exchanges, please return the original item first. After the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

For Customers in the European Union: As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, with no reason required. However, the item must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unopened, and with all tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
